These are emails I sent to Crescent Primary School teacher Matthew Lamptey to try and schedule a meeting for the children to come over to the school and have a workshop as well as present our proposal. Unfortunately due to train strikes many people in our group couldn't come in for the meeting so we had to cancel and reschedule it for the following Tuesday, which shifted a lot of our plans. We also planned to collect artwork from the school after our meeting.
